Yoga at the Lighthouse tonight

For Fredericton area readers, there is Yoga at the Lighthouse again tonight, weather permitting but that’s looking pretty positive!! Tonight’s teacher is Zsuzsa Szabo-Nyarady, who teaches Akhanda Hatha yoga. Class starts at 7 pm on the deck of the Lighthouse.

Bring your own mat. Class cost is by donation. Please respect that yoga classes generally cost between $15 and $17 in this area.

Next week, it will be Wendy Hamelin, a Sivananda Yoga teacher, leading the class. I’ll be teaching the night of July 30.

Yoga at the Lighthouse

Just a reminder to readers in the Fredericton, NB area, tomorrow is the second week of “Yoga at the Ligthhouse” The teacher will be Sue Madigan from Yoga Above Aura. Sue teaches in the Iyengar style.

The class starts on the deck of the Lighthouse (southside Green at the bottom of Regent St) at 7 pm sharp. You’re responsible for your own mat. Cost of class is by donation. Please remember that yoga classes in the Fredericton area run from $15-18 / hour.

In the event of rain or otherwise dodgy weather, call the Lighthouse at 460-2939. Teachers will be making the cancellation decisions not later than 6 pm.

The teacher for the session on July 16 with be Zsuzsa Szabo-Nyarady, who teaches in the Akhanda Hatha tradition.

I will be teaching on the evening of July 30.

Yoga at the Lighthouse…

Just a reminder for the citizens of Freddy Beach… tomorrow, July 2, is the kickoff for this season’s Yoga at the Lighthouse series on the southside Green (behind the Carleton St Library). The teacher tomorrow night is Philip Beck of Inner Peace Wellness (Kripalu). Start time is 7 pm. Cost is by donation — remember please that classes normally run $15-18/hr. To check on weather cancellations, call the Lighthouse at 460-2939. You’re responsible for your own mat.

The next week July 9 is Sue Madigan, Iyengar, from Yoga Above Aura.

I’ll be teaching July 30.
