Just a reminder to readers in the Fredericton, NB area, tomorrow is the second week of “Yoga at the Ligthhouse” The teacher will be Sue Madigan from Yoga Above Aura. Sue teaches in the Iyengar style.
The class starts on the deck of the Lighthouse (southside Green at the bottom of Regent St) at 7 pm sharp. You’re responsible for your own mat. Cost of class is by donation. Please remember that yoga classes in the Fredericton area run from $15-18 / hour.
In the event of rain or otherwise dodgy weather, call the Lighthouse at 460-2939. Teachers will be making the cancellation decisions not later than 6 pm.
The teacher for the session on July 16 with be Zsuzsa Szabo-Nyarady, who teaches in the Akhanda Hatha tradition.
I will be teaching on the evening of July 30.
