It’s the last night for Yoga at the Lighthouse for Fredericton area readers. The class starts at 7 pm for one hour on the deck of the Lighthouse (south side green). In the event of inclement weather, check with the Lighthouse staff between 6 and 7 pm at 460-2939. Cost is by donation.
My classmate Lisa Wilby will be leading a class of Viniyoga for Kids and Families.
This will be the last offering for the summer of 2008. Thanks again to the City of Fredericton Tourism Department for providing space and advertising the event and to Kathryn Downton for organizing this year’s teaching roster.
